Our projects

From major projects such as YUL Luxury Condos to smaller projects of a dozen units, our team of designers has several thousand finished and furnished condos in its portfolio.

From design to customer service, the firm is an expert in real estate project management and knows how to address the concerns of each party involved, from the developer to the buyers, including the sales team and the builder.

We adapt our design to respect the desired image of the project and the budget envisaged by the developer. We meet with close to 500 buyers each year and are fully aware of their condominium needs and desires.

This is why we are involved in the redesign of the units presented by the architects, in order to improve the performance of the units and to suggest the points to be added/modified to satisfy the target clientele.

Our studio is composed of several experts in condo interior design, furnishing and decoration. On the other hand, we privilege innovation and creativity in all our realizations. Through the conception of unit plans and the careful selection of materials and furniture with support from our decorator, we create trendy, modern and functional spaces adapted to the needs of today’s families.
